First time ordering after seeing many good reviews but won’t be ordering again. I got the chicken parmo and the size of it was decent and did look nice. But the sauce was awful, the food fell apart when cutting, and I found a full size bone in the actual meat- I’ve had many parmos before and not once have I found a bone. Actually didn’t eat the rest of the food due to this.

First time ordering frome here today. We order the meal deal of x3 pizzas. We got pepperoni, ham and mushroom and parmo pizza. All 3 were absolutely delicious! Will definitely be ordering again!

I ordered a 16in pizza (201.06sq in) that got replaced with 9in(63.61sq in) and 12in(113.09sq in) = 176.7sq in of pizza without being notified at all, paying more for less and in a less desirable way. I'd have hopped for better from a place i've ordered from 13 time before. Even when they have made mistakes before, it was simple things that are understandable and ignored. I do not count making paying customers get less than they paid for understandable and ignorable.

I am very sad to say this because I have had several very nice and tasty meals from this company. This time I ordered a standard cheese burger with chips and a Calzone. The Burger and chips were fine, they are what they are, no complaints there. The Calzone however was not enjoyable, It seemed ok at first but as I ate it the chicken meat inside the dish seemed to have a strange taste about it, almost watery and somewhat tainted, not quite sure what with but it wasn't right IMO. I had to start picking it out and rebuilding it as best as I could. The other meats and cheese inside were fine though. Nobody wants this from a reasonably expensive takeaway meal and needless to say I was disssatisfied. It seems this is the second time I have had a bad experience here but because the other several meals were good I gave them another chance. Now I'm done here. I hope this review gets read and they learn from it because something wasn't right.
